With Magrify, $0 a month. Most park websites I build cost under $1,000 one time, and you own the site outright, so there is no monthly website bill unless you choose an optional care plan ($19.99 to $99 a month, month to month). The monthly plans you see advertised elsewhere run $85 to $189 a month, and over a two-year minimum that is $2,040 to $4,536.
Monthly website plans bundle the build into a subscription. rvparkwebsites.com charges $189 a month on a 24-month minimum for a site that stays leased. rvparksites.com charges $85 a month on a 12-month minimum. Insider Perks prices its website at $500 a month inside a membership. Those models are not scams, they are just a different way to pay, and the total over the minimum term is the number worth comparing.
Take any monthly quote and multiply it by the minimum term. $189 x 24 is $4,536. $85 x 12 is $1,020, and the meter keeps running after month 12. A one-time build under $1,000 is paid off against the cheapest of those before the first year ends, and every month after that, your website costs you nothing but hosting-level basics and whatever help you choose to buy.
Websites do need care: updates, backups, small changes, seasonal rates. That is what Magrify care plans are for, and they are month to month with no long contract, because the site is already yours. You are paying for the work, not for permission to keep your own website.
