No. A campground website can be built for a one-time price with no contract at all. At Magrify, most websites are under $1,000 one time, you own the site outright, and the optional care plans are month to month with no long contract. The contracts you will run into in this industry are minimum terms on monthly plans, commonly 12 to 24 months, and they exist to protect the builder's subscription, not your park.
rvparkwebsites.com requires a 24-month minimum at $189 a month, and the site is leased, so the contract is also your permission to have a website. rvparksites.com requires a 12-month minimum at $85 a month, even though their homepage footer says "No contracts," which is worth asking them about directly. Insider Perks ties the website to a membership. In every case, the minimum term is the real price: multiply the monthly number by the months before you sign.
No long contract does not mean no paperwork. You should always have the scope, the total price, and the ownership in writing before a build starts. What you are avoiding is the open-ended obligation, not the clarity. Magrify quotes in writing, and the site is yours when it launches, full stop.
How many months am I committed to? What do I keep if I cancel? What does the plan cost over the full minimum term? A builder who answers those three plainly is one you can work with.
If you want the no-contract version, that is the standard Magrify build: [email protected] or (469) 269-0355.
