RMS integration
Your Magrify website connects to the RMS setup you already run. Guests find you on your own site, see your rates and your story, and book through RMS, with no forced software switch and no monthly website lease.
Quick answer
A Magrify website works with RMS instead of replacing it: your pages rank on Google and present the park, and the booking itself runs through RMS exactly as it does today. Magrify has its own PMS for parks that want one system, and it is optional, never a condition. This is for parks and campgrounds running RMS whose own website is outdated, call-only, or rented on a monthly plan.
How it connects
The RMS angle
RMS handles the property side. The gap for most parks is in front of it: a website that ranks for the searches campers actually run, shows rates and availability context without a phone call, and moves the guest into the RMS booking flow at the right moment. Magrify builds that front half, so the system you already run stops being the best-kept secret in your business.
RMS's own fees stay whatever they are under your agreement with them. Magrify's part is the website: one-time price, owned outright, month-to-month help only if you want it.
Your choice, either way
Magrify also builds Magrify PMS, AI-powered property management software for RV parks, campgrounds, rentals, and hospitality businesses, covering reservations, payments, guest communication, reporting, and software integrations, priced as a custom project by scope. Some parks prefer their website and their PMS under one roof. Most parks on RMS do not need to move, and Magrify will tell you that straight: the integration exists so the choice stays yours.
Integration questions
No. Magrify builds your website around the property management system you already run. RMS keeps handling your reservations, and you never have to rip out a system that works to get a better website.
Your current booking links, your rates, and your photos to start. Magrify builds the site and connects the booking path into RMS; integration work is quoted in writing as part of the project before anything starts.
The same as any Magrify website: generally under $1,000 one time, owned outright, with optional care plans at $19.99 to $99 a month, month to month. RMS's own fees are separate and unchanged.
