Newbook integration
Your Magrify website connects to the Newbook setup you already run. Guests find you on your own site, see your rates and your story, and book through Newbook, with no forced software switch and no monthly website lease.
Quick answer
A Magrify website works with Newbook instead of replacing it: your pages rank on Google and present the park, and the booking itself runs through Newbook exactly as it does today. Magrify has its own PMS for parks that want one system, and it is optional, never a condition. This is for parks and campgrounds running Newbook whose own website is outdated, call-only, or rented on a monthly plan.
How it connects
The Newbook angle
If Newbook runs your property, it holds the operational truth: sites, rates, availability, guest records. Your website has a different job, and most parks running a real PMS still have a website that undersells them, because the site was built as a brochure instead of a booking path. Magrify builds the marketing half properly: pages that rank locally, rates and amenities presented the way guests compare them, and a clean handoff into your Newbook booking flow.
Newbook's own fees stay whatever they are under your agreement with them. Magrify's part is the website itself: one-time price, owned outright, with the booking connection treated as project work and quoted in writing.
Your choice, either way
Magrify also builds Magrify PMS, AI-powered property management software for RV parks, campgrounds, rentals, and hospitality businesses, covering reservations, payments, guest communication, reporting, and software integrations, priced as a custom project by scope. Some parks prefer their website and their PMS under one roof. Most parks on Newbook do not need to move, and Magrify will tell you that straight: the integration exists so the choice stays yours.
Integration questions
No. Magrify builds your website around the property management system you already run. Newbook keeps handling your reservations, and you never have to rip out a system that works to get a better website.
Your current booking links, your rates, and your photos to start. Magrify builds the site and connects the booking path into Newbook; integration work is quoted in writing as part of the project before anything starts.
The same as any Magrify website: generally under $1,000 one time, owned outright, with optional care plans at $19.99 to $99 a month, month to month. Newbook's own fees are separate and unchanged.
