Vacation Rental Website Design
If your bookings all come through Airbnb and VRBO, you are paying commission on every stay and playing by rules that can change without asking you. A vacation rental website of your own gives guests a place to book direct, see your real rates, and come back next year without a platform in the middle.
Quick answer
Vacation rental website design is a website of your own that takes direct bookings, syncs with your Airbnb and VRBO calendars, and posts your real rates, built for a one-time price and owned outright. Magrify builds these sites for vacation rental owners and small rental businesses, generally for under $1,000, with optional care plans at $19.99 to $99 a month, month to month. This is for owners whose bookings all come through Airbnb and VRBO today and who want a direct channel they control.
Who builds it
Magrify builds booking-ready websites for vacation rental owners and small rental businesses. I am Jack Magri, I run Magrify out of Dallas, and I travel in an RV myself, so I build these the way a guest actually uses them: fast on a phone, clear rates, and a Book Now button that is never more than a tap away.
What it takes
Your site needs a real booking flow, not a contact form and a hope. Guests pick dates, see the total, and pay on your site. You keep the booking relationship, the guest's email address, and more of every reservation, because there is no OTA commission on a direct booking and no booking fee added on top for the guest.
Double bookings kill trust fast. Your website calendar syncs with Airbnb, VRBO, and your other listings, so a reservation made anywhere blocks the dates everywhere.
Magrify has its own PMS, Magrify PMS, for owners who want their bookings, calendars, and guest messages in one place. If you already run Campspot, RoverPass, ResNexus, Newbook, or RMS, your site can integrate with that instead. You do not have to rip out a system that works to get a better website.
Guests book places they can picture themselves in. Big photos, honest descriptions, rates posted where people can find them, and a page for each property if you have more than one.
A pretty site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. Every Magrify website is built to be found on Google, and SEO is available per website after launch, with a comprehensive monthly report that covers your website, Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile insights, and bookings, plus your own Search Console access so you can see the same numbers I see.
Pricing
Most Magrify websites are under $1,000, one time. Not per month. You own the site outright when it launches, code, content, and all. There is no lease and no 24-month minimum where the site goes away if you stop paying.
If you want ongoing help after launch, care plans run $19.99 to $99 a month, month to month, with no long contract. Cancel whenever. The site stays yours either way.
Compare that honestly with the monthly route: a leased website at $189 a month costs $4,536 over its 24-month minimum, and at the end of it you own nothing. A vacation rental website you own pays for itself the first time a repeat guest books direct instead of through an OTA.

Questions owners ask
Yes. Your website works alongside them. The calendars sync both ways, and your direct channel grows over time as past guests rebook with you instead of through the platform.
Usually yes, if the rentals book regularly. One property with steady repeat guests can cover the one-time cost quickly in saved commissions alone. If your rentals sit mostly empty, ask me and I will tell you straight whether the timing is right.
No. Magrify PMS is there if you want it, and the site also integrates with Campspot, RoverPass, ResNexus, Newbook, and RMS. Your current setup keeps working.
Photos, your rates, and how you take bookings now. I handle the build, the booking setup, and the calendar syncing.
Nothing happens to your website. It is yours. The plan is month to month precisely so you are never locked in.
